My prayers have been answered

Never again will I love a TV show as much as I loved 90210. I'm so happy they released it on DVD! They released Melrose Place, too. Can Party of 5 be far behind?

You see now why I'm scared to get cable.

this inquiring mind wants to know: which character on 90210 did you identify with

Oh Barb, you're in for it now!

Sadly, I identified with Andrea Zuckerman cuz I was a BIG ol' nerd. I didn't relate to Donna at all (though that later became my nickname in college for reasons I will NOT go into here!) and I definitely didn't identify with Brenda Walsh--I was too busy pretending to be deep and scholarly to be a Brenda. I wanted to identify with Kelly Taylor, but even as a tender lass I knew I didn't have the cuteness quotient to be a Kelly. Steve and David were too immature for me, and Brandon was too All-American. Oh! and I forgot about Dylan: he was way too much of a badass for me to identify with. So Andrea I was and Andrea I remain, though slightly more crunchy and not nearly so book smart these days. Still nerdy, though, and I think that's what counts.

Did you watch the show? Which character did you identify with? Now I'm v. curious!

i only watched the first year regularly, as i was a freshman in college. and then only once in awhile. can i just say i sported some KILLER Brenda Walsh bangs...

in any case, i too, felt kinship with dorky Andrea, although Dylan appealed to me as well, and not just because i wanted to hump his leg. did i just say that?

i've said too much.

Word. I didn't really watch 90210 until college which is ULTRA LAME and I never watched Melrose Place, but I'm all over the Po5. Also, Clementime, the cable is so scary.

Also, hello, your boyfriend Matthew Fox from Po5 is totally the tortured caregiver still on Lost. Word.

Also it is so unfortunate that Donna was your nickname. But it makes me laugh.

You're me. I was SO bummed when my sub-basic cable package dropped the SOAP channel--I was able to watch 90210 and MP back to back EVERY DAY.

Jane, how come I just saw a commercial for Lost and was all, "OMG, CHARLIE! What's Charlie doing on TV again??? I LOVE him!" You can tell I don't get out much. Um, or watch TV.

Remember the Po5 episode where Julia has a miscarriage? I can still cry if I think about it too much. I'm a loser. Bigtime.

Also, frog--*every day?* If I could see 90210 and MP every day I'd never leave the house. That's awesome!
