No, they didn't deny you! They're just dragging their feet.If it's any comfort, our bags were literally packed to go get our son by the time that damned home study showed up - we had to turn around and overnight it to the ICPC.
Nope, it just takes forever at times for something. You are going to be approved.I swear, it is always something in this process that goes wacko. For us it was my husband's fingerprints being denied by the FBI the first time!
